Animate at the Leading Edge

We’re proud to report that the 2014/15 Leading Edge programme, delivered for the Social Enterprise Academy and ACOSVO by Animate partner Joette Thomas, has had rave reviews!

Leading Edge 2014/15 was the sixth edition of the leadership development programme designed exclusively for CEOs working in the third sector. More than 100 CEOs have now experienced this transformational programme, sharing experiences through peer learning and taking time out to reflect and plan for the future.

All of the 2014/15 participants reported being better able to address the challenges and opportunities of their role as CEO, and having changed as a leader as a result of the programme. Two-thirds believed their participation had had an impact on their organisation; a further quarter believed it was too early to say.
